Instead of eating a snack (Even though it would’ve been healthy one, I wasn’t really hungry just wanting food) I put my Nikes on grabbed my jump rope and keys and went to the gym..not only that but I felt confident enough to jump rope in a public gym for the first time. That’s huge for me. Also.. I got a couple looks today ;) and the biggest deal of all is that I’m seeing my boyfriend this weekend and I still rested for the last 2 days because my body seriously needed it! I’m doing this for me, I’m being realistic, and I’m pushing through all the shitty frustrations. I’m on my way to winning the war!
